Using telematics, GPS satellite and cellular technologies, Stealth can help to more precisely and reliably determine your location while also providing emergency services, roadside help and concierge assistance when needed. Our small, lightweight device installs within minutes - and can be installed by you, at a dealership, or at any auto installation center. Unlimited on-demand location requests, an easy-to-use website, and a 24/7 toll-free phone number for live customer care will provide you with the peace of mind you are looking for.

• Unlimited On-Demand Locates

An on-demand locate allows you to find the current location of your vehicle. The Stealth System © includes unlimited on-demand locates. Your vehicle's location, with time and date, will be shown on a map at mystealthsafety.com. Your location history will be available for your review on mystealthsafety.com for up to 90 days.

• Personalized Safety Zones

A safety zone is a virtual boundary around a location that you have chosen. When Stealth © enters or leaves an active safety zone, you will be alerted via email and/or text message (your choice). Safety zones can be quickly and easily set up at mystealthsafety.com.

• Emergency Notification

As part of your service, you can receive immediate help for any type of emergency, as well as having your loved ones notified of your need for assistance. With the help of Global Positioning Technology, the Stealth Call Center can send help to your exact location.

• Real Time Traffic Updates

Traffic jams, construction zones, and road closures can be avoided with Stealth! Get up to date traffic conditions and the most time efficient routes available to help you get to your destination on time.

• Teen Driver Alerts

Last year alone there were 3,108 deaths of teens ages 16-20 involved in traffic accidents in the United States. With Stealth, young drivers are protected like never before! Set excessive speed notifications, boundary restrictions, and monitor their driving habits.

• Concierge Center

The Stealth Concierge Center can find any destination, make dinner reservations, assist with directions, locate a gas station - your Stealth personal assistant is always there to help make your life as convenient as possible.

• Roadside Assistance

Never worry about being stranded again! Towing, flat tire, out of gas, dead battery - assistance has never been easier. Stealth offers a roadside rescue, repair and recovery service that helps you at home or anywhere in the United States, Mexico, and Canada - 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

• Intrusion Monitoring

Stealth will monitor your vehicle and notify you immediately if there is an attempted intrusion or break in. Every evening you will receive an email from your vehicle with a current update of its status, ensuring your peace of mind.

Return and Cancellation Policy

You may cancel Service without paying a cancellation fee within the Return Period, which is 30 calendar days from the date of your order. During the Return Period, you can cancel Service for any reason so long as you: (a) contact us to cancel Service; and (b) return with proof of purchase, any product purchased from mystealthsafety.com. Call DSA at 888-734-5483 in connection with your activation of Service. Even if you cancel Service and/or return your product, you must pay all Service and other charges incurred prior to cancellation or return. A product returned with proof of purchase to the place of purchase during the Return Period along with its original packaging and contents is eligible for a refund of the purchase price if it is in good working condition. The purchase price of your product may have been subsidized to facilitate your subscription to the Service. If you cancel Service within the Return Period but do not return the product in good working condition, you will be charged for the amount of the subsidy you received.

Warranty

1 Year Limited Warranty

If your Stealth System has been diagnosed as defective over the phone by a technical support team member, you may choose to return, postage paid, and your defective system to DSA. Within 30 days of receiving the returned unit, DSA will send you a replacement unit or the repaired unit, as determined by DSA. This limited warranty is good for 1 year on the vehicle it is first installed into. Discontinuance of service for 90 or more days without renewing service will void this limited warranty. Warranty coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer your Stealth System.

DSA will only be responsible for charges to repair your Stealth system or for the charges to supply a replacement system, if the system has not been misused, abused, or damaged by an act of GOD (such as a flood). Also consequential and incidental damages are not covered under this limited warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion my not apply to you.

In order to receive service, you must provide proof of purchase and proof of installation of the vehicle that the Stealth system was first installed into. Proof of mileage may be determined to be mandatory to obtain limited warranty service and may be requested at the discretion of DSA. The unit may be sent to the DSA offices at: DSA, 12180 Ridgecrest Road Suite #412, Victorville, CA, 92395, for service according to this limited warranty.

We will inspect your Stealth System and contact you within 96 hours of receiving the defective Stealth System at the DSA offices, and will provide the results of our inspection and an estimate of any labor or replacement charges, if required. (For instance, if it is determined that the limited warranty has expired or any of the exclusions listed above apply.) If there are any required charges, and you authorize the repairs to be performed at your cost, we will return the repaired or new Stealth System to you COD, otherwise the Stealth System will be returned postage paid by DSA. You must pay any COD charges upon receipt of the Stealth System.
